Delivery

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Click & Collect

Click and Collect is available for All online purchases. Click and Collect is a FREE service.

An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order is ready to collect. We aim to fulfil all click and collect orders within 1 hour.

All orders can be collected form our store located at: Unit 15, Asquith Bottom Mills, Sowerby Bridge, Halifax, HX6 3BT.

Please refer to our opening times when collecting your order.

Local Delivery

We offer a local delivery service for HX1, HX2, HX3, HX4, HX5, & HX6 Postcodes. 

All local deliveries are made on Tuesday between 10am and 4pm. Orders must be placed by 8am on Tuesday Morning.

  • Orders under £40.00 – £4.95
  • Overs over £40.00 – FREE
A member of our team will contact you  via telephone on the day of your delivery, to provide an estimated delivery time.
 

Standard Delivery

We offer standard 48 hour delivery for all UK orders, using a tracked courier service (Royal Mail, Evri or similar). The following fees apply;

  • Orders under £50.00 – £4.95
  • Orders over £50.00 – Free Delivery

We endeavour to despatch all orders the same day when placed before 12noon however, at peak times, it may take a little longer for your order to be despatched.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Raw / Frozen Foods

We currently cannot ship any Raw Food or Frozen products. These products are ONLY available for Click & Collect or Local Delivery

FAQ's

We do not offer international shipping. We currently ship to the UK Only.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

You will also receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched or ready for collection.

Where applicable we will provide a Tracking number and a link to the relevant Courier to track the delivery status of your order.
