Our opening times do not effect the processing and dispatch of Online orders.

We are located 10 minutes from Halifax in Sowerby Bridge, just off the main road. Our shop address is;

If you prefer to collect your order from our shop, simply select the “Click & Collect” option during checkout.

We will email you once your order is ready to collect.

Our standard Delivery cost is £4.95. 

We offer free delivery for ALL orders over £50.00.

You can check the status of your order the My Account section of our website.

You will also receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched or ready for collection.

Where applicable we will provide a Tracking number and a link to the relevant Courier to track the delivery status of your order.

No, Our shop is open 7 days a week. Feel free to visit the shop and browse our selection of products

We accept all major debit and credit cards for online purchases. All online payments are processed by Stripe Payments. 

If you are paying in store we accept Cash or Card payments

If you are not satisfied with your order and want to make a return, please review our Refund & returns policy for further details.

You can earn Woofy points every time you place an order online. You can then redeem your points for discounts on your future orders.

If your order shows as “Pending Payment”, it may mean that your initial payment attempt was not processed, normally declined by your bank or card issuer.

You can pay for your pending order from the “My Account – Orders” page.

Orders pending payment will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
